COVID-19: The importance of adapting to shifting patient behaviours

Wearing masks in certain public spaces, applying social distancing rules, self-isolating if symptomatic - there are a series of accepted new behaviours that COVID-19 has enforced since it arrived in the UK over six months ago.

And they are likely to embed themselves further as we await news of the treatments and vaccines rapidly being developed.

Beneath the surface, however, there are more subtle shifts in attitude, perception and opinion among the UK public - and this has implications for pharmacies and medicine provision.

We explore this subject in more detail in the latest issue of Pharmacy Business magazine, which you can read in full in their digital edition, which is available online now.
